He holds a combined BS-MS in Computer Science from Tufts University and is pursuing a Master’s in Cybersecurity at Harvard University specializing in Applied Artificial Intelligence. Before launching NuVert, he spent nearly half a decade as a Systems, Software, and Security Engineer at The MITRE Corporation supporting advanced prototyping, secure system design, and AI-driven operational support. He is a recognized ecosystem builder across Tufts, Harvard, and MIT, collaborating with deans, research leaders, and innovation centers to modernize education and operations for the AI era. Internationally, he has advised heads of state, ambassadors, and senior officials across multiple United Nations platforms on global ethics, digital safety, and technology governance. His mission is to democratize advanced technologies through education, practical activation, and systems-level empowerment bridging theory with action.

He brings deep technical expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and cloud-native deployment across OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and modern agent frameworks. Prior to NuVert, he engineered advanced AI products for Pearson, CitiusTech, Verizon, Demant, and multiple startups. At NuVert, he leads AI model design, agent frameworks, intelligent automation infrastructure, and responsible AI governance.

He has led financial strategy for several startup companies generating over $1 billion in combined revenue, and has a strong career at the intersection of pricing, growth strategy, and executive decision-making. At NuVert, he guides financial strategy and investment decisions to support our goal of building a scalable, impact-focused organization. Tejvir is also committed to service, volunteering annually at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and supporting mental-health awareness initiatives.

She also runs Niya, a storytelling studio that uses her data expertise to help founders and companies articulate the core narrative of their work, drawing on her experience as a published poet, writer, and open-mic performer.
